Imaging & investigations - if possible, please bring your imaging results (x-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs, MRAs, CT scans) or any other relevant health investigations.
Medications - please be prepared with a list of medications currently used.

What should I wear to my first appointment?

A pair of shorts for knee, hip, or low back injuries.
​Sporting shirt or top for neck, shoulder, or elbow injuries.
If sport specific, bring your running shoes or gear.
