Is this billable to my insurance?

Yes. Because all assessments and exercise programs are designed by your physiotherapist, they are billable to your insurance provider.

Can I participate in group classes, and is there an extra charge?

Once you are prescribed your custom program, you may join group classes at no additional cost.

What types of exercises or activities are included in the program?

The program emphasizes functional strength, movement, and endurance, aiming to reintegrate you into community exercise, fitness, and strength training.

Who designs the assessments and exercise programs?
