Welcome to the Clinical Rehab Program (CRP). Our unique and innovative way to physical rehab and injury prevention.

What is Clinical Rehab Program (CRP)?

The CRP is a 12-week program that is designed to target areas of weakness and instability, asymmetries in the body, and progress strength and function. It is designed for people of all fitness levels, whether you are completely new to exercise and looking to establish A fresh starting point, recovering from injury, or seasoned athletes that want to improve performance.

What makes the CRP unique is that each program is highly individualized to each of our clients. We create custom programs based on your baseline strength and movement data so that you can be sure that you are targeting the areas that need it the most. 

There are 3 distinct core components of the Clinic Rehab Program.

  • Symmetry – custom programs are aimed at restoring symmetry. Targeted baseline Testing on Each side of the body helps to identify areas of weakness and compensation. Early intervention exercises will be prescribed to help restore symmetry and alignment.
  • Core integration – core activation and stability exercises are integrated into you program to provide a stable foundation before commencing more complex, strengthening exercises.
  • Functional strength – whole body strengthening program designed to tie everything together and help give you the confidence you need to continue at home or in the community.

Baseline assessments

Our baseline assessments are a comprehensive battery of tests using specialized sensors that detect range metrics.

  • Movement; assessment of motion and movement velocity.
  • Strength; assessment of max muscle strength, endurance, and power.
  • Function; assessment of functional strength

So what happens after your assessment?

Each program is designed to last four weeks before reassessment and progression. Once being prescribed your custom program, You are able join the group classes at no additional cost.

The program is designed to re-integrate you back into general community exercise, fitness, and strength training. Providing you with a solid foundation and building blocks you need to succeed.

What is CRP?

What can I expect from the assessment phase?

During the assessment phase, you'll undergo a thorough set of baseline tests using specialized sensors. These tests measure your movement, strength, and functional abilities, giving a clear picture of your current fitness and physical health.

How long does the program go for?

Each phase of the program is structured to last four weeks, after which you will be reassessed and your plan will be adjusted or progressed based on your results.

Is this billable to my insurance?

Yes. Because all assessments and exercise programs are designed by your physiotherapist, they are billable to your insurance provider.

Can I participate in group classes, and is there an extra charge?

Once you are prescribed your custom program, you may join group classes at no additional cost.

What types of exercises or activities are included in the program?

The program emphasizes functional strength, movement, and endurance, aiming to reintegrate you into community exercise, fitness, and strength training.

Who designs the assessments and exercise programs?

Your physiotherapist creates all assessments and exercise plans, ensuring they match your specific needs, abilities and goals.

What happens after the initial four-week program?

Your progress will be reassessed and your personalized plan will be updated or advanced to help you continue improving.

What should I bring or wear for my assessment and classes?

Wear comfortable exercise clothing and bring any relevant medical or fitness information that may assist your physiotherapist.

Will I receive guidance on continuing exercise at home?

Yes. The program is designed to provide you with the necessary foundation and support to confidently continue exercising independently at home or in your community.
