Core
Your core muscles, which includes the muscles in the abdomen, back, pelvis, and hips, play a crucial role in providing stability and support for the spine, pelvis, and surrounding structures. A strong core is essential for maintaining good posture, preventing injuries, and supporting overall body strength and functionality.
We're here to help you develop functional strength to support your daily activities and reduce the risk of injury.
Strength
Improve your muscular strength, endurance, and overall fitness. These classes typically involve various resistance exercises and activities that target different muscle groups throughout the body. Strength training is essential for building and toning muscles, improving metabolism, and enhancing functional fitness.
Balance and Mobility
Improve and enhance your balance, stability, and overall mobility. These classes will focus on strengthening muscles, improving coordination, and increasing flexibility to support functional movement. Enhance your ability to perform daily activities with ease and reduce the risk of falls or injuries.
Suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, but in particular, these classes will be beneficial for older adults who may experience a decline in balance and mobility over time.
